With the recent release of his debut album, Ethan Barnett (AKA Ten Tonnes) entered 2019 in a promising position – set to release his self-titled debut album in May, he already had several successful EPs under his belt.
Entering Newcastle HMV with nothing but a guitar and a mic on the 5th May, he wowed his crowd with his acoustic set, channeling his classic uplifting style by playing songs that take you straight to summer – including the catchy ‘Lucy’ and ‘Cracks Between’, both songs from his debut album, of which he worked with Nick Hodgson, the songwriter for the legendary Kaiser Chiefs.
Ethan has an ever growing fan-base, with 33.7 thousand Instagram followers and counting, and looks to have an even busier 2019 ahead – with him playing at Leeds Festival AND Glastonbury this year, along with several more intimate gigs.
